I can attest to that. Even the outlaw doesn't perform at its best on shipment. There's basically nowhere to snipe from where you won't be immediately spotted since the map is basically a square. You could argue that killhouse has the same issue but killhouse's shape is much more irregular, giving you more coverage and more of an element of surprise I suppose. At least that's how I think of it.
