if you want to pick up your aim, just stack training range more

don't shoot targets, add some bots

start with close distance medium speed bots

once you can hit them consistently (and I mean 95%+ accuracy), switch to medium distance medium speed bots

if your aim is below a 95% accuracy on close range bots, your only real hope is running some run and gun smg and just try spray people down.

once you get to around 90% in medium range bots, you can start maining a longer range gun like drh, hvk, type19 etc

once you get to the point that you can basically not miss any shots and you're actually hitting a specific spot consistently on mid distance bots (not just some random place on the body), you're ready to confidently challenge headglitch fights at 25m+ and open fights at 35m+

for movement, start by just strafing when you shoot. you can even just hold down the joystick towards one direction. Main goal is to learn the maps and use obstacles as cover. good cover > movement any day, and anyone any good will tell you that.

To get betetr that that, I recommend picking your favorite mode (hp for me) and just playing the maps over and over again on ranked for that one mode until you learn the meta routes and meta positions

there's really too much to type out (would be like a 30k word guide), so just play and you'll learn the common positioins

because 95%+ of players play literally the same routes

1. play on sync fov and lower your fov. play on a tablet if you can access one. literally codm made easy.
2. use a settings button as your crosshair until you get to the 90%+ at mid range bots level at aiming. This practices your centering and crosshair placement
3. learn a claw hud (4 finger claw is the most common) and move away from thumbs if you haven't already
