there's "events" button on the game's main menu, check that. also there's "themed" tab on those events check everything there as well n do all the various tasks it tells u

That's because your OS caps GPU usage limit to 75% of total. Every single device on the planet with an SoC and integrated graphics does this because the rest is reserved for UI overlays and won't be accessed because it causes thermal instability. Even a desktop cpu with integrated graphics would cap ahead of total usage.
