If they doesn't change the game engine, then we'll be needing a revolutionary upgrade in the smartphone technology. But for changing the engine they basically have to rebuild the whole game

This is also why good stuff doesn't comes to global version of codm, because Activation doesn't wants to spend money on a project that's revenue will also go to other companies. On the other hand, Garena and Chinese version gets good stuff because those are controlled by Garena and Tencent
