it’s really difficult right now, muscle memory wants to ads with right pointer, so i keep hitting crouch button. left middle and pointer hurt when i play, there are a lot of situations i can’t shoot (i press the button, but it just doesn’t want to shoot). also i can’t get used to hip fire shooting, cuz i switch to hold to ads and i can only shoot normal while adsing (holding both shoot and ads buttons)

Now, for the first step, you gotta train for the basics. Enter training for 15 to 20 minutes, set bots as not moving and practice ADS'ing + shooting, you have to only do these two, don't ever jump or slide, focus on shooting only, flicks etc. then after you're done, hop on to a ranked match, do the same. (Don't worry about losing, you're training your muscle memory on how to shoot). This could take couple of days which is fine, once you're ready, hit me up for the next step. Good luck.
