You dont have the bullet spread issue since you can stack attachments and its buffed cause br setting so lowest fire rate is fine. Arisaka helps even more with recoil and long range.
You can use 890mm barrel for absolutely no recoil, but about 15% less fire rate.
This is a good weapon to hold or for long range. Do not try to move around with it

Only problem is bullet speed. You can drop arisaka for 250r

But would advise against anti material

Unless you're only good at close and mid range then its fine
