We did it yesterday for me. Used hotel (1 mythic) serpent town (0) and then wanted to give up- unlikely refinery gives 2 and just hunted people and got crate. Had train station on me for fun and used it. Had a mythic. Then we went to refinery and it had the 3rd one

I would've been mad if refinery had a mythic but had the open safe glitch. Still a thing and then it doesn't count for find loot missions
