I'm trying to complete that dumb radiation walker but there's always an issue

Do it in normal mode technically you dont even need any pills or mask but makes easier. You can run medic 1st class path to have fast hp heal. Only you have to stand in radiation for it to count. You can shoot them far away if they're outside dont matter

You can bait a lot of elite hostiles to radiation. Eliminate high value target and bomb contract can give elites

If you really want pills ask a friend to do it with you he can drop for you and also help you clear players (so they dont kill elites) or bait elites over to you

You should kill 3 to 4 elites and do the rest when zone is expanding so you have enough time left to stay for 300 seconds afterwards and then make final heli

Clear hostiles and open containers- especially in hotel to discourage other people from exploring hotel and stealing your elites
