Hi everyone. Does anyone know where I can contact Rockstar directly by email, preferably via Gmail? Their website is really inconvenient — instead of just being able to write a simple message, you have to register, go through a lot of procedures, and it’s honestly strange.

The situation is this: I would like to receive at least some kind of compensation because the game constantly has bugs that waste an enormous amount of time. You can spend four hours in the game doing almost nothing except fighting these bugs.

For example, in Motorcycle Club business delivery missions, it often happens that you deliver cargo four times in a row, but the money is still not credited. You’re forced to restart the game, even though the internet connection is stable. On top of that, if you own businesses and order supplies, the money can be deducted, but if you switch sessions or something happens at that moment, the supplies may never arrive — and you can easily lose 300–400k.

Another frequent issue: during deliveries, vehicles sometimes don’t work for 3–4 minutes — you can’t enter them. This interferes not only with deliveries but also with missions in general.

Recently, the situation really pushed me over the edge. We were doing the casino heist with friends, and every time we failed a mission, the game could randomly throw us into different sessions. We had to reconnect and start everything from scratch. The casino mission itself isn’t easy, and when we were barely managing to complete it, there were sudden disconnects — even though everyone had stable internet.

We were constantly being split into different sessions during loading screens, infinite loading screens happened very often, and when we entered the casino vault, my friends tried to pick up the money. The animation should have started, but instead it just froze — for about 1 minute and 10 seconds the animation wouldn’t start. They were stuck and we had to redo everything again.

In the end, after around 30 attempts, we finally managed to do it, but as soon as we got into the car, the server broke again and we were thrown into different sessions. After four hours, we still couldn’t complete it.

So where can I write about this, and what can be done? Is it possible to get any kind of compensation? Because this is incredibly frustrating. You already accept that the game is very buggy, but this was honestly the last straw. Is there any way to get some kind of in-game refund or compensation?
