Well it depends where. It's not easy and if you fall off it's definitely not faster.
But the fact you can fly out of the game's atmosphere with it is quite something.

All planes can have that boost applied to them and the Ultralight becomes... silly when it does, but you cannot turn at the 330 mph it will be going. 😂

By continually going skyward - which generally means going from one side of the map to the other whilst gaining altitude through the glide. Which means you'll be doing well in excess of 200mph.

That is purely dependant on your speed and the angles you've got your bike at.

If you go from the top of Chiliad you can do it.
