Active income earns more per hour but you have to be constantly be playing to make the money.
Passive income makes less per hour, but generates in the background with an occasional sell mission to sell the passively generated stock and turn it into money.

I got a problem with gta V enhanced edition on PC epic games launcher, I turn the game and it starts, after a few seconds i see rockstar logo, like the game would be starting, after few minutes the game crashes. Sometimes the game lucly turns on after like 10 attemtps of trying to turn it on, and works normally. I have done all rockstar support said, and they told me that they dont know what else can be the reason. My pc has more than prefered configs for enhaced edition.
