2FA code lost SOLUTION. For those who have lost their rockstar 2fa code or authentication app and can no longer log in to their account. Opening a simple ticket regarding code loss won't help you because rockstar copies a guide that links you to the authentication app support (useless). I solved it this way: you'll have to open a ticket without naming any technicalities, but simply say that you're no longer able to access your account and provide any data to verify your identity, such as your email address, nickname, game key, account creation date, and, most importantly, specify that you need human help because the bot hasn't helped you in the past. Writing something like "I am unable to restore access to the 2-Step Authenticator" in the ticket. The original device is no longer available and recovery through the authenticator app is not possible. I am requesting manual removal of the 2-Step Verification after identity verification." You need to enter in theri TIER3 level of support. I personally had a chatbot help me. At this point rockstar will answer you asking for confirmation of the removal of the 2fa and if everything goes as planned they will tell you that they have done a manual reset of the 2fa and send you an email where you will have to enter your password and confirm the removal of the 2fa + an email where they advise you to set a new one. I sent the first email on December 13th and they solved the problem for me on January 2nd. I hope it can help you.
