If you have passive businesses, you could just stock them up, go AFK overnight (if you are willing to spend a little bit of money on your electricity bill) and then the next time you play just do a few business sell missions.

Try hopping on Cayo with randoms, after you do it, go for Casino with randoms, look for hosts with 100+ lvl. I mean Quick Action menu, don't do whole setups etc, you can do Cayo by yourself or with a friend after Cayo with randoms - Casino with randoms - your Cayo. Don't sweat for the %, just do your little part. If you have enough money buy Bunker for starters, get supplies there (buy) and when it's full, sell it with a friend in Closed Friend Session so there is no risk of losing your cargo
