Hey i downloaded gta legacy after long time when i launch the game and when I enter story or online mod I don't know it's game bug or my pc problem full screen becomes white and sometimes black and in game I can seel through wall if some car is moving any solution

the master control terminal in the office can do that as well, it takes some more steps but in the end you'll get the results you want

they have locked some related features behind gta+ as well such as the ability to send all your cargo techs out from your phone

the engine's (even in enhanced) still frame dependent
you're starting to see it much more often now because more ppl finally have pc's that can break the engine

it happens about the 90fps mark for most, so in many cases you don't have to lock fps - you can just turn on all the eye candy to max + rt and it should bog down the pc enough not to desync
however for fully modern pc's that's prolly not enough if you don't have frame locked in settings
