That's very presumptuous that you think I'm asking questions like a toddler. To respond to that I can say this, I have worded every ticket I've submitted very clearly and precisely as to what the issue is. My biggest 2 concerns are 1. the initial "assistance" ended with them having me delete my character on the Xbox PC Enhanced version and they were going to refund all of the RP and money so I can start over, which they did not and 2. in the process of "troubleshooting" that issue, the person I spoke with via the ticketing system had me create a 2nd Social Club account and use my Steam version I had purchased previously but never logged into connect it to that other account that never been used, so now I cannot move it to my actual account and it's stuck.
