My account's save file became corrupt. They confirmed it was no fault of my own, just a random glitch that happens from time to time. I did EVERYTHING they asked me to do, which included deleting the character so they could nuke the account then they were going to refund my money spent, give me 10 mil to compensate me for missing out on Black Friday. That was a week ago. Now, one of them is telling me they can't do anything because I deleted my character. Which is what I was told to do. So now what the hell am I supposed to do?
