Can’t rotate power grid plugs

As the title states I am unable to rotate the plugs on the power grid of the Dart. Additionally all interactions just say “A” and not the button it’s supposed to say on console. That said I am on steam using a controller.

Do you have a keyboard and mouse to test with?
I've been trying to recreate this myself with a controller but things just... work

But knowing it's a specific controller issue would help
