Can you elaborate on what destroying your own ship with the crowbar means?
Did you get kicked to the menu immediately when you did that, or..?

no, i was just hitting the ship with the crowbar without knowing that it dealt damage for some reason, and once the ship exploded i still got the stats screen and stuff but when i returned to the menu the bug happened.

That is impossible. YOU hit your OWN ship with the crowbar and dealt damage so that it exploded?
I'm trying to recreate what you describe but I don't get it, can you try to recreate what happened and confirm, maybe with video?

I had a crack at this too. There was no way I could begin to deplete the Dart ship health with player weapons. Even with the artefacts pineapple power & anti-ship arsenal at max. I am putting this down to one of those random off the wall glitches we occasionally come across.

Got a similar issue.

Dart ship. 20 minute 2 jump mission.
I abandoned the mission immediately after the second jump because I had to leave, then it gave me this screen.
