Since i installed the new update this morning my lobby jumped me from level 9 to level 12 for some reason. It also restarted the dialog with the military commander in the blue suit and no matter how much i talk to him it doesn't seem to finish it. i also am not seeing how to unlock the new holiday helmet or anything.

Holiday helmet or event has not started yet.
Ander has no new quest to give, but he does seem to repeat his first dialogue for everyone, which is a bug.
Auto-leveling up is strange but others have reported it as well
