Got a clip of Bozze tweaking out and showing I can still access augments, but I'm also restarting my game as well

Restart didn't fix it and I tried dropping all my items before talking to him in case it was interfering. Didn't with either.
OK fully killing the game and relaunching he will talk but not offer the new mission. Going to do a run and see if coming back to hanger kicks it off

Everything gets unlocked - you just autoskip the dialogue which is unfortunate. Like, for the average player there is no way to get this dialogue back after the Augment unlock "requirements" have already been met

yeah this bug has stopped me from actually recieving the quest and was going to post a report on it but saw one was already up so just adding this here

I am having the same issue on Xbox. No dialog or quest from Bozze. The Coalition Commander also has an active [!] interact icon above his head but talking to him doesn't get rid of it. It repeats the same dialog. Backing out to the main menu and restarting the game does not fix either issue.
