I mean, come on, it's the year 3000 or something and our flashlight barely illuminates anything. It really needs some upgrades.
I've attached some pictures so you can see the differences, with and without the flashlight. I'm not crazy, am I?
Please let me know what you think, hope im not the only one that complains about this.

idk why but for some reason flashlights are always either underwhelming or floodlights in games. this one could def use a bit of a boost. same with the ship lights. they seem to do little to nothing

Mmmmh... i think it's more related to the flashlight's brightness, although I don't rule it out; it's possible.
