#Progress lost on Xbox

I was using the 2nd smaller ship with all level 2 upgrades that I aquired in a playthrough with my friends. I started a solo campaign and when I finished the second story mission, all my progress had been reverted. I was level 1 again, in the first ship, with no currency. My upgrades lost and parts removed. The game kept running, but I was on the first mission again.

I think its to do with the way the game saves data

Yea I as well just lost all my progress on Xbox played an easy crashed cargo mission and upon completion lost all progress except the gun I current had equipped
