you are thinking of the batteries not the fuses, the fuses spawn in the ship when you have a radation leak

Yes. and tried throwing one out the airlock but I forgot to jump so it just fell to the floor outside and I didn't realize it so I was flying around wondering why I still had radiation. Also as an electrician the Fuse/Battery mix-up was driving me nuts XD.
