Specs: RTX 4090, Ryzen 9 7950X, 64GB RAM, Win11, dual monitors (3440x1440 @144Hz + 1080p @60Hz).

Issue: Game is stuck at ~35 FPS at all times — menus, loading, gameplay. It sometimes dips to 25 or briefly shows 36–37, but it never goes higher. Other games run fine (140+ FPS). GPU/CPU aren’t maxed out.

Tried: Updated drivers (581.29), toggled V-Sync/G-Sync, lowered settings, no change.

Request: Is this a known issue with RTX 40-series or ultrawide setups? Any workarounds?

its atleast not a problem with whole 40 series, works fine on my rtx 4070ti

I'm not sure but I tried launching the game in dx 11 and still had the issue. I figured the game automatically uses dx12.

Yeah I figured. It's really weird. And it ran great in the beta

I discovered that Jump Space doesn’t play well with NVIDIA’s Global Frame Limiter. I resolved the issue by reinstalling the drivers several times and ensuring the limiter was turned off. Previously, I had it set to 141 FPS, which caused the game to be stuck at low FPS.

# twin spire Please update your steam post 🙏

I have a 4090ti Gigabyte gpu and I cannot get the game to play at more than 35 FPS. For a few moments it might go up to 37 FPS. I tried changing ingame settings and nvidia's Max Framerate setting. The hud seems pretty buggy too like the crosshair is fading and moving around and the whole game seems to have a slight delay with my inputs.
