Bug Report

I have observed the following issues (some may have been mentioned in other posts, but not all):

  1. Buddy Bot
    • Does not consistently appear in solo matches.

2. Weapon Loss After Abandoning Missions

  • When abandoning a mission and flying back to a hangar, all weapons are lost.
  • This occurs without dying, so if intended, I recommend adding a clear warning message that equipment will be lost.
  1. Enemy Clipping

    • Enemies occasionally clip through the floor on ships.
  2. Hook Points on Elite Ships

    • Hook points are sometimes unavailable on Elite-class ships.
  3. Jump Engine Stutter

    • Spool-up of the jump engine stutters intermittently in multiplayer.
    • We determined the stutter only happens on client side not host.
  4. Wheel of Destiny Display Bug

    • In the kitchen, the Wheel of Destiny shows different player counts for host vs. clients.
    • Example: In a 3-player match, 2 clients may see 4 options, while the host correctly sees 3.

7. Fire Extinguisher Behavior

  • Fire extinguisher appears to have infinite use.
  • In previous builds, it had an ammo type or limited charges.
  1. Materia

    • When a client recycles an item, occasionally no Materia is received.
  2. Quest Objectives

    • When completing Vosk's artifact quest, progress only applies to the upgrading player instead of the whole team.
  3. Special Weapons

  • Targeting module attaches to the special weapon module hook point but does not display correctly in the crafter.
  1. Components
  • While finishing components in Atira and Tyvian Expanse, the UI showed one missing in each.
  • When comparing progress with a friend, it was unclear what was missing in Tyvian Expanse.
  • Completing the final component (Aux Generator) in Atira also caused the remaining component in Tyvian Expanse to be marked complete.
  1. Quests
  • Berit’s quest to upgrade 3 components to Mark 3 does not update dynamically.
  • Upgrading a component does not reflect in the quest progress until after completion.
  • Upon reload, the quest is completed.

If I could make a suggestion: if 2 is intended, warning text would be nice to make it clear, since the current text ("go back to hangar") makes it seem like you will keep your stuff. So maybe something like ("You will lose all items in your inventory") would be super helpful.
