Wierd war score

I hold the targets but get negative war score modifier

Yeah it's a bug, you can get around it by saving and reloading the save file.

btw. found mayxbe an syntax error inside the k_andhra.txt titles file

I belive it should called: 999.1.1 instead of just 999 but dont know 100 %
