Is it normal when I put someone without any land as my steward, he never get income (he is my steward since many years) ?

Not sure about posting it here vs on the forum now that you mention it. They used to be adamant bugs should only be reported via forum but maybe that's changed
Still, a save file and more description about the version, mods etc would help out the QAs verify the bug
