yea was gonna said that, i want to implement some themes that resamble that in my app and this is a great ref!

just points i wished to have (im picky so feel free to ignore):

a lot of people like me love dark mode so it would be great to have it
A custom titlebar (with decorations off)
the guide when opening a new tab is great but you could use z-index in the focused components to make them stand out and be readable when they are being showed in the tutorial

Dark mode is actually fairly tricky with neobrutalism, changing the border from black to white doesn't have the same appeal
