No, it's v2 only. The flatpak runtimes don't have the webkitgtk version you need for v1 apps but you can compare it with https://github.com/flathub/in.cinny.Cinny which builds webkitgtk from source for this.

well, you can use a heavily outdated gnome runtime if it wasn't removed from flathub yet - i think it was 3.38
