ive been making one for about half a year now with tauri v1. If you want a transparent AND blurry background for your app, its tricky and glitchy. V2 makes the setup easier and more direct, but still not perfect. On windows 10 at least.

I'd recommend checking out a web dev-centric site, like Dribble or CodePen to peruse some glassmorphism ideas for the frontend. Lots of good stuff there.
