Ikr? Been a while x) New to Mac after all
I wonder if sudo is even a thing in macs
idk if this one helps https://stackoverflow.com/questions/20755044/how-do-i-install-cocoapods
is XCode there btw?
Yea I got XCode ๐ I managed to solve it, just had to run through those commands in that StackOverflow post ๐
Should probably add something about it to the documentation
Actually my dumb search on google helped you lmao
Good to hear
Annoying part is that I actually did the same thing but ended up on another page which only suggested the sudo gem install -n /usr/local/bin cocoapods command >.<
But yea who said giving support has to be hard all the time ๐
If the goal is to document everything, support should mostly be a "found that for you" situation.
true and ironical too
but it's not generally install support should be documented
Yea, that's the direction we're adopting, Lorenzo had a great quote about it that's becoming my entire philosophy regarding support, because jesus christ does the flood never stop of people asking the same stuff unless you start improving documentation
it's quite hard to document anything to do with ios / cocoapods as they can be very unique and random via device to device
