If you have to turn off antivirus to build odds are your're almost certainly doing something wrong
Like, yes, the antivirus might be in your way, possibly, from the screenshot I've got zero clue what the issue is, but if it is indeed the antivirus, you should configure your antivirus to e.g. not monitor the problem folders or something, you shouldn't turn it off altogether
