Controversial take but hear me out. Currently Lightning cutter is unblockable move, with very wide range, and if lands it stuns you. In the current meta its the perhaps top 1 jutsu to get, alongside the WM str's one if wanna be fancy.

My own issue is that there is noting you can do against it. Sure you can sub, but even then you are punished by it, unlike other jutsus you aren't completely save, and there is no way to clearly get ouf of any sort of combo against it.

My only suggestion is its range to be slightly nerfed, considering the advance one allows you to move while charging. That way its not 100% hitting in pvp, or can even escape if you see it, unless you were already stunned by something.

You have:

  • Run out of range
  • Cancel It
  • Sub it
  • Flash flicker out of range
  • or Stamia Jump Out of Range

cannot flash flicker or jump out of range if pvping it tbh.
Subbing would nulify it but the opponent would have clear hit
cancel it would work the best, unless they already have sub on

Saying you can’t flash flicker out of it just kinda proves you don’t know what you’re talking about tbh. Cutter is only most powerful above 2v2 when there are multiple lightning users. And tbh I’ve seen a lot of your post that are pretty devoid of logic. I think you should practice playing the game some before making up balance changes.

The only nerf I’d be ok with is just making it back to a 2 second cast. It didn’t need the 1.8 cast buff

Cast time and tile range are two very different things. Don’t pretend like they are the same lol

Its a walk cast, just spamming jump enables u to get out of range. Flash flicker insta moves you out. And last, the enemy barely moves, which enables a easy cancel and free damage on him
