they do drop, I was talking to a lowbie today abt tai med builds and they sent me a SS of one that dropped for them

and it dropped in 21 kills for them too 😭

in fact the chance of getting at least 1 drop of it (the drops are calculated independently) after 202 kills, assuming it's true rate is 1% (just shy of becoming the next tier, less than 1% drop rate), is 86.67%

so yeah it's legit horrible luck :c

to reach 95% chance of at least 1 drop it's about 300 kills at 1% rate
after that it legit reaches the probabilistic threshold of statistically significant difference scientists use in their papers
if more ppl pass the 95% number, then it might be interesting to investigate
