When I type the letter M on the chat ingame, it brings me out of the chat window & uses the hotkey I have on the M key. It might have something to do with the "Hold Fullscreen Minimap" which I have on that key. Can this be fixed so that you don't use hotkeys whilst typing a message in the chat?

if you need a temporary fix for it while a proper patch doesn't come, the best case would be to rebind the minimap key to another one you don't use for typing

Yeah I've done that, but I love the new feature & would love for it to be fixed so I can use it 😄

you can still use it! I rebinded mine to / when I noticed that happening
I don't use it much when typing so it works nicely
