They just need to make it so you can have multiple of your accounts use one house. As Mist I feel the need to buy a house on every character I make for time saving purposes so the supply gets eaten up.

Wym by trade? If you drop an item in a house it will disappear because they are instanced. You can trade via using someone else, dropping the item in a secluded area, or mailing to yourself.

Yea, just don't drop it. You can do that anyways just give your alt permission to enter your house and keep boxes public.

It is after all our time gathering all that stuff no matter the account so I guess that it is no unfair advantage and such as the rules state.
