I think this suggestion has merit, but not necessarily by removing STR requirements for Swords.

I think it has merit in the sense that it doesn't make "sense" to limit who can be a Weapon Master, or use Taijutsu.

Releases make sense, it's stablished that usually Ninjas have 2 elemental affinities, but anyone should be able to learn physical techniques.
