#Auto Tournaments Improvements

Right now, the auto tournaments has a few problems :

  1. 2x stats when alone in a team

  2. Player cap being too low

  3. Map design

  4. Max time for every fight

  5. New players playing with high level players

With this, I suggest a few changes on the system that could fix this issues and make the auto tournaments better for everyone.

1 - We all seen that 2x stats is op, just lower it to 1.5x

2 - Imo, 1v1 player cap are ok, the tournaments already take 1 hour to complete, but 2v2 and 3v3 are the same 32 player limit, wich is really low for the player base we have rn.

Just increase 2v2 to like 52 players that can join
And 3v3 to 60 players

3 - Well, we all already seen that players don't like that stair map that you have to jump to go up. Rn with the decrease of the max health and the nerf on stamina regen after jumping, when you fall down from the arena, if you want to go back, you will be out of stamina and the enemy will just combo you.

The other map that has an water in the middle, just get rid of that water, other village passives are almost useless on tournaments, don't need to make a map that only benefit one village.

4 - Right now some fights take ages to finish, because some times they are both medic and keep running to the end of the map to heal, and both keep full hp for 5 minutes until it finishes. Just decrease the time limit for every round to 3 minutes, I think 3 minutes are already a lot of time for you to kill someone or die

5 - This one is the biggest problem, right now some new players wanna join the events to see how is the pvp outside of the dz, wich they probably just get killed by a lvl 60 or some village zerg, so tournaments would be the only place they can feel pvp. After they join a 2v2 or 3v3, they just get exploded by 2 lvl 60 player and the other team that has the lowbie on it, will be 1 player short on the fight.

By this, I suggest that at the same time, we have a "lowbie" and a "high" level tournaments, one of them being level 20-49 and the other being 50+

With then happening at the same time, will decrease the alt accounts on the lower player tournament, and they will have fun against other low level players, while the high level players would be in a tournament against only high level players.

We could keep the current leaderboard system only for the high level tournament , and the low level will just be for coupons and for them to practice pvp

Since we will have 2 separated tournaments with level cap, a good feature will be to add a "spec" button on tournaments, if the player dont wanna join or cant join because he's too low level, he can spectate to see how the high level players play the game and learn.

The only thing I can see being a "problem" is the lowbie tournament, it's not unseen for people to make a lvl 49 alt just to farm lowbies.

But even then it should be better than making lowbies face lvl 60s.

I really like all the suggestions.

and i think it should get boosted higher especially since antar be hosting 5v5s and players still get solo'd out

I think both suggestions can exist.
Expectating would allow lowbies to watch tournaments without "griefing" their team.
But at the same time, they can have their own tournaments, so they can actually PvP in a controlled environment. They'll probably get their a** kicked by alts, but at least they'll know it's skill issue not level difference 😛
