Perhaps if Co-Owners of a house could also spawn there, some of the housing issues could be solved. & then add a max of like 1 or 2 co owners so that you can't have all your alts on the same house spawn.

Yeah not sure why someone who co-owns the house doesn’t have the same perks as the other owner lol. Should be limited to one co owner though

Yea, I've talked about this. Would be cool if you could pay a ton of money to upgrade a house or just buy a guild hall. Could add a dope sparring area and let all guild members spawn their like with a house.

Let's not stray from the original idea here. I'm just talking about normal houses. Would be nice to see co-owners being able to spawn in the house they co-own.

Guild houses are apparently planned. Hoping this solves this issue

So they'd most likely be the ones that let multiple people get the spawn buff.
