Please consider re-enabling the use of Poison Scalpel while holding a weapon. Currently, the jutsu can only be used with empty hands, which heavily limits build diversity and creativity. Many potential weapon-based builds become unviable because of this restriction. Allowing Poison Scalpel to be used with weapons again would open up more options for tactical and fun playstyles!
