In the patch it says that both heals on med increased scaling by 10% it did increase but the problem is that self heal now heals more than treat wounds per tick. Also Chakra scalpel didint increase the scaling as much as it said in the patch notes

Got 110 flat chak and cs dmg increased only by 3

I feel like certain chakra increases arent getting the 40% boost, like guild buff and I guess CS, im not certain on that though
