this makes no sense lol having a spot to fish isn't a perk
Guard Duty, and Warzone; that's it. Those are the only two spots that need water.
Every other Guard Duty has water.
Every other Warzone has water.
Even with Soul's logic; a desert wouldn't have just one oasis it would have multiple.
