I know Advanced Masteries was cancelled due to how challenging it would be to finish creating the system to it, the art demand and balancing it ontop of that but honestly I personally feel as though it'll elevate Nin Online to a whole other level if done properly one day, I don't think the concept of Advanced Masteries should be completely given up on but rather we put it off and on the backburner until the game is in a state of play where it is much more possible to develop such a addition to the PvP aspect's value and replay ability.

yeah I think so too, with games like these such ideas are rarely cancelled, just postponed (even if indefinetly)
but idk the first thing about the game roadmap so idk what's the fate of the advanced masteries

Second this. Advanced is fundamentally too good of an idea & high in demand to completely abandon. People just need to forget about it for now and let the game get fleshed out more.
It's similar to how player orgs were removed and supposedly "never coming back" until we got guilds when the game was in a state where it was ready for it
