Upgradable passive skill for any sub-class of the devs’ choice
This is a passive skill that activates automatically.
When attacking any mob/NPC (NOT a player): When a target is below a set percentage (Around 5%) of its max health, the next instance of damage will instantly kill it.
Upgrading this skill would increase the health threshold.
Would not work on players or bosses.
Rationale: An incentive for a certain sub-class and a subtle quality-of-life feature, while not affecting PvP or massively changing PvE.
