overall, I think characters are the 'most important' in a general sense in that characters are who are remembered and shown the most for a series

late reply sorry, but while that's totally fair, I wouldn't assert that the demand would be that high. Certainly, you'd be the only one in human history to master every language, but assuming that artistry is also mastered to such a degree you can more easily spread your work and more quickly be recognized compared to linguistic expertise. It's also down to personal network and position. I'm not into linguistics so maybe there's actually a super easy way to access a wider community and professions with many opportunities to prove yourself, but it just seems easier to doodle and post online consistency to amass a following, especially in a context where you have barely anything/connections to start with.

I just feel like art and coding are the most "solo"-able skills to profit with. But all of them are cool, I wouldn't blame you for mastering every language

A point where people just can't get any better. Art for example would be when your drawing is indestinguishable from a photo. This means that mastering coding or linguistics would make you stand out more than art where many people are closer to that cap.

due to the loose wording, there’s 2 main interpretations: either everything is now equally easy/fun, or things have varying levels of easy/fun but are still ultimately easy/fun.

It would be unfair to take one interpretation for one but not do the same for the other.

the latter, and likely the unimagined initially, just means everything is pretty much the same, as you can still reasonably choose and differenciate tasks and other stuff.

the former, which I assume we’re taking it as, would mean nothing is more fun than another thing. Same goes for easiness; however, I’m not saying we become brainless after these choices.

crime is pretty easy to commit rn, not successfully, but you could so easily break the law, but that doesn’t mean we’re out here doing that. I assume drugs give a ‘fun’ experience, but I would never take them and I presume the majority feels the same.

We still have our consciousness and reasoning behind our actions even with these choices.

But without fun, that’s a huge diffenciating factor gone now. You could argue that you’d become a super productive machine, since you don’t need downtime as you’re having the same amount of fun working as you would resting and relaxing. And that’s definitely cool; I respect the grind.

Now, if we take it further, you could argue that your brain will numb out to the constant feeling of fun, as even breathing, blinking, and walking give joy. But I won’t since that’s boring. Instead, you will die feeling joy. Should it occur, you will feel joy seeing all you love and care about suffer. Getting hurt is fun, feeling pain is fun, getting sick is fun. And you won’t even know the symptoms of your ailments unless they’re physical since you’d just be feeling fun. You’ll be dying in bed looking like a lunatic having fun.

That’s taking it a bit far, though. On the other hand, you could say you’d easily let those same people down and easily contract every disease. So let’s dial it back to safely only the actions we take are fun/easy.

When things are easy, difficulty is no longer a consideration when thinking about what to do. It’s all personal motives and reasons. Fun is the same in that regard. You’ll fail and not be upset by it, that’s great. But since you’re not a fun addict only doing things because they’re fun, you’ll likely start thinking of other factors for your decisions on what to do. Not being able to complete a task since you don’t have time, so not starting it. Not wanting to tack more onto your schedule. You won’t have any personal enjoyment to base things off since you’ll enjoy everything. You’ll like every hobby and interest, which isn’t particularly bad, but in the same sense, nothing’s really you if they all speak out to you equally.

if things are easy, you can do what you need to efficiently and then spend time on what you like. People are naturally inclined to take the easy path. It is easy to be lazy, people still are lazy. It is easy to procrastinate, people aren’t tired of procrastinating. As already mentioned, there are other factors for motivations apart from difficulty. People wouldn’t get bored of something easy because of its ease. It instead makes it a more viable thing to do. You’d create more time for yourself, you’d have the ability to fully explore any passion or interest you have, you wouldn’t stress out or have much worries. You’d find your own happiness that isn’t artificial. One would be classified as a mental illness, the other would be a one in humanity’s existence talent.
