shinobu’s style would actually be pretty useful against another human

since a stab in the right place could end the other party’s life

a stab would also be more effective than a slash

hence spears were invented

so yes, while a lot of other hashiras probably easily overpower her, she’s not completely weak against other humans

any hashira who can move faster than shinobu or has more range will easily win

for example, uzui and mitsuri
