Thank you for the clarification. It’s really nice seeing this level of transparency in Roblox deving, especially since a lot of games don’t explain their combat decisions at all. Hearing that the cooldown is meant to discourage mindless parry trading rather than just hard-punish one mistake definitely eases my concern.
I’m personally not a big fan of long parry cooldowns, but the way you’re describing it sounds like it still keeps parries rewarding and encourages movement and keeps the combat fluid, which I like.
