They will likely not be publicly available in game and will be earned by participating in the community in similar fashion to RPG 2.
Big Reason is game balancing and and game lifespan. We want players to be able to choose their breathing style rather than have majority of the player base try to get Sun/Moon breathing and treating it like the endgame breathing. Most fun in RPG 2 came from trying different ability kits when you got bored.
We locked these breathings to being obtained in Factions so it feels more valuable. We get to make it stronger than other breathings too because they had to work hard for it.
