Make sure there's slash commands for ticket actions like renaming and closing and adding users and roles. I use those constantly

What is a interval ticket management and for the slash commands i dont get why we need renaming and closing the ticket is what I wanted but the bot for now just removes the user i want lock too and auto archive in 24hr and adding user was what I thought I should do from comp v2 like you pasting the userid or username not the display name should don it
