Hello. How can I stop my bot from getting rate limited if, for example, it's logging a bunch of stuff in one server while adding roles to members in another, etc.? Do I have to hardcode timeouts to avoid it?

just respect the headers? unless you want to allocate specific usage to a given guild or something there's nothing else you need to do

you should not be hardcoding rate limits since they're dynamic

if you're hitting a limit its generally a good sign you are doing something you arent supposed to be doing, or in a not optimal way

If you apply for an intent, and in that time you make another feature which you want to use that intent for, should you reapply or just wait for the verdict? I got denied to begin with then replied to the ticket, so should I send another message or just wait?

Yes, I believe you're supposed to submit a new request, not reply to the ticket response (unless they tell you otherwise) when making a new request or amending an old one
